Can Elon Musk solve world hunger? WFP and Elon Musk Tweets.

Elon Musk Wfp,

United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) director David Beasley, on Oct. 26,  told CNN in an interview that it is the time to eradicate world hunger through the world richest people citing CEO of Tesla Elon Musk and CEO of Amazon.

WFP officials moreover said that these people should have to step up “step up now, on a one-time basis”.
“$6 billion to help 42 million people that are literally going to die if we don’t reach them. It’s not complicated,” he further added.

David Beasley was only asking for 6$ billion but if we look over the current net worth of Elon Musk, it would be around 2% or less than that.

In response to the WFP director statement, Musk displayed his generosity and presented himself on the frontline to eradicate hunger from the planet, and agreed to sell shares of tesla just for the cause of humanity. But he agreed on a condition that the spending should be open source so that he himself and the world can witness how 6$ billion will solve the world hunger.
“Sunlight is a wonderful thing,” Musk wrote.

David Beasley replied to the Musk tweet in a more detailed way and offered him to meet somewhere on earth or space to go ahead. Well, there was an interesting conversion between them on Twitter.

But there are some speculations that Musk isn’t serious about his offer to sell Tesla shares. If he do, that would be the largest ever donation in history.
