After Google, Microsoft, Adobe, I.B.M., Palo Alto Networks, and now Twitter have an Indian-born C.E.O. As Twitter’s Jack Dorsey Steps Down from C.E.O. role, the Twitter’s new CEO Parag Agrawal twitted #ThankYouJack with a smiling picture along with his predecessor Jack Dorsey.
Parag Agrawal – Twitter’s new CEO holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. In addition, he did engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay.
Mr. Agarwal was working as the company’s chief technology officer previously. He had recently been working on technologies linked with cryptocurrencies, which have turned into an interest of the tech business’ influence agents, including Mr. Dorsey.
Elon Musk also reacted on a tweet acknowledging Indian talent, “USA benefits greatly from Indian Talent!”.
